Love how the waiting room is not in front of check in desk and is a separate room, love the sounds that are in all the rooms, loved the selection of teas and having choices, Carmen is great about details and professionalism, had a great pedicure experience with her ; Sully has an amazing aurora/personality as soon as she greets you. Also she is a good communicator during the massage from start to finish.
