If you’re at home, prepare an area where you can lie quietly for at least 30 minutes or longer. Make the space as comfortable and relaxing as possible with a few extra pillows and the lights dimmed. You can also use a diffuser or incense to add aromatherapy. Once you are comfortable, begin your audio or video-guided meditation program.
