I had the best experience here. Great customer service. They go above and beyond to accommodate you and your needs. I had a massage with Emmy and a facial by Kayleigh. Both were phenomenal. I felt so relaxed and my skin has never looked better. I can’t wait to book my next appointment!

Can I just say THANK YOU for opening up a location in South Windsor!!! I had to find a new massage therapist when we moved to Hebron and no one is ever as good as literally ANY of the therapists at A Moment Away. Lindsey is an incredible business owner – curating a calm experience with the best staff I have ever experienced. To trust that you can go somewhere, with any of their staff, and have a five star experience is invaluable. I want to shout out Heather though. I saw her this past week and the relief I feel is life-changing. I suffer from chronic migraines and she found every area that needed work and diligently fixed me. I have never had that kind of instant relief in the past four years of therapists and chiropractors. Any location with A Moment Away is well worth your visit!

I have been going here for a couple years. And although everything is always amazing, today I treated myself to the Escape Spa Package (sauna, massage, facial, guided meditation). After experiencing it all I find it absolutely necessary to leave a review 🙂

The sauna is this modern-looking stand-alone unit in one of their rooms. It has solid walls except for the glass doors but those face the wall so you have plenty of privacy. The windows in that room let in plenty of natural light which sets a vibrant but peaceful mood. The windows are tinted so people outside cannot see in. After 20-30 mins in that wonderful dry heat, my muscles were ready for my massage!

Arthur is my man! I always book with him and he deserves a special mention here. He has a strong, confident but gentle touch. He is always a gentleman and extremely professional. He also always seems to know where to put the extra focus and leaves me completely relaxed. You’re the best Arthur!!

Next was my facial. It was my first time seeing Emily and she was so sweet. She has this really tender, loving touch that puts you at ease. I melted right into the massage table while she rejuvenated me. AND she spent a generous amount of time giving me a scalp massage-absolute heaven!

The last part of the package was a 20 minute guided meditation. I was brought to a tiny room with a couple recliners. The hostess tucked me in under a weighted blanket and provided an eye pillow and over-the-ear headphones. The meditation recording was relaxing; the woman talking had a deep soothing voice and encouraged a lot of deep breathing. By the end I was in a deep meditative state.

The two ladies at the desk were so smiley and pleasant as they walked me from one room to the next. The whole experience was just so amazing and much needed!! Love love love this place. I cannot say enough about it ❤️

We booked a bachelorette spa party at the Southington location and had a fantastic experience! Emily was helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process, everyone was welcoming day of at the spa, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time in the lounge, and our facials & massages. My facial with Allie was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

Today I had my second acupuncture session with Dr. Diana Zitserman. What a wonderful doctor! She will make your day with her positive vibes, beautiful smile, very knowledgeable, good listener, compassionate, you don’t really feel the needles. All I felt was deep relaxation and when I left my pain was gone. Thank you so much Dr. Z, I will definitely be back!
