Absolutely five stars. I brought my 11 year old daughter in today for her birthday and we got two signature massages. We were able to be in the same room which was huge for both of our comfort! Our therapists were Heather and Noely. I cannot rave enough about how professional, thoughtful, and talented they were. It was my daughter’s first massage and she was nervous, and she is also soft spoken. Noely checked in with her frequently about pressure, temperature, and her comfort. She made her feel safe telling the truth when the stones were a little too warm to start. Afterwards, my daughter fell asleep in the car on the drive home after saying how relaxed she was and how she wished we could go every day. My therapist, Heather, was magic. She had the most intuitive touch, her pressure and flow was exactly right. She also checked in JUST the right amount. My birthday is next month and I know what I’m asking for! This spa is beautiful, every employee I interacted with was exceptionally kind and friendly, and it is EXACTLY what this area was missing. Thank you so much for making her day special!!!
