Booking Appointments

To book an appointment, please call the spa at

We recommend that you call a day in advance but please feel free to call last minute and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. To reserve your service we ask for a credit card number to hold the appointment. This will be taken at the time the appointment is booked. If under the age of 18 you will need a guardian to sign a permission slip. If you have had a major surgery in the last 6 months or are pregnant please inform receptionist when booking the appointment.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Please note that the time scheduled is your treatment time. If you are running late, please call us. Time may be deducted from your treatment.

Cancellation

You will receive a confirmation call 24 hours prior to your treatment. If for any reason you may have to change or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show for your treatment you will be charged $40 per service to your credit card.

Our Lounge

Our lounge is available for your use before, in between, or after any treatment. We would be happy to provide you with tea or water. Feel free to bring a snack and bring a book or magazine to enjoy during this down time!

Payment

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Spa Wish gift certificates, Spa Finder gift certificates, our gift certificates, and cash.

Return Policy

To receive a return, all products purchased must be returned unopened within 30 days.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates for specific day spa packages should be used within six months of purchase. After that time, they convert to actual paid value. Certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates, gratuity or cash.

Spa Parties

Our Wellness lounge can be used for a party of 4 or more giving you exclusive use of the room for up to four hours. Our Serenity Party have a $50.00 room fee and a $25 minimum for all guests. Private therapy rooms are provided for massage, body treatments and professional skin care.

Right of Refusal

A Moment Away Massage Therapy and Spa Treatments has the right to refuse an appointment or client should we feel that it is not in the best interest of the client or staff to perform any given treatment.
